Library and Art Museum

We went to the Imperial Palace,
 and visited the Great Library.
It is 650 years old, although the building is from around 1700.
 We liked the secret alcoves,
and found Andy's favorite library spot.

 The globe collection was great.
The Troppau Evangeliary from 1368 was the first book in this collection.
Then we went to the Kunsthistorisches Museum (Art Museum).
We had lunch in the cupola.

We did a greatest hits tour through the collection.

Check out Caravaggio!
He's the head.

We climbed up the scaffolding to see the Klimt paintings up close.

The kids climbed into a replica of Cellini's Saliera.
We saw some massive Habsburg chins....
.. and went to Tichy's and had some ice cream afterwards.
